KHK offers over 26,000 configurations of stock metric gearing and has the capacity to produce custom gears for a wide range of applications including packaging equipment, food handling equipment, robotics, and industrial automation applications. KHK can supply custom metric spur gears, helical gears, internal ring gears, gear racks, bevel gears and worm gear pairs in various materials including: • 4115, 4140, 4135, 8620 & 1045 Carbon Steel • 303, 304, 416 & 420 Stainless Steel • MC 901 & MC907 Nylon • Acetal/POM • Bronze Alloy • Brass • Aluminum Alloy • Aluminum Bronze Alloy • Cast Iron • PEEK
These products can be produced within the following parameters: • Module 0.5 to Module 14 • Spur, Helical, & Internal Gears up to 700mm in Diameter • Gear Racks in Lengths up to 2000mm • Hardened Gears Racks in Lengths up to 1000mm • Plastic Gear Racks in lengths up to 1000mm • Gleason Bevel Gears up to 270mm in Diameter • Worms up to 200mm in Diameter • Minimum bore of 6mm • Gear Quality Grades JIS N5~JIS N12 (AGMA Equivalent 11~5)
